1 . In this study, we aimed to research the industrial location and the formation of broadened Economic Zones in China. In our research, we focused on Huan Bo-hai Economic Zone including Beijing, Tianjin, Shan-dong and Liao-ning districts, and Yanzi Economic Zone in which Shanhai-delta is just "the dragon head " of the area. China is very large, so we must narrow the target of our study, but we should experience the variety of China by ourselves for our better understanding.2. The first problem of our research is the assessment of the foreign investments which have rushed in the early 90s and given many influences on the many parts of China. Almost all the parts have developed their infrastructures rapidly. But there are many leaders who want to depend on the aid of central government and foreign companies' investment for their development. .3. The second problem of our research is the investigation on the cooperation among these areas we visited, for the purpose of the formation of the broadened economic zone. But we could not find the development core. The administrative system has disterved the autonomy of the companies and the cooperation among them in each area we visited.4. This time our research also focused on the development of automobile and electronics industries in China cooperating with foreign companies. Although technological gap can not resolve so easily, we found that there are many foreign companies which want to localize themselves and many local leders have become consciou about the importance of the development through their own resources.
