THE SOCIOLOGICAL RESEARCH INTO INTERRELATIONS BETWEEN YOUTH LABOUR MOBILITY AND CHANGING INDUSTRIES IN TOHOKU AREAS IN JAPAN

1. 20世纪80年代以来，东北地区的高新技术产业得到了迅猛发展。主要从事电子产品制造的BATI于上世纪70年代在东北地区的福岛县南部设立了总部。此后，经过20世纪80年代和90年代的发展，在其他地区不断发展，并产生了不断变化的新型产业结构，在制造业的草业产量中占据了最高的地位通过对东北地区经济产业发展过程的分析，我们发现了一些有趣的现象。一是由福岛县、山形县和宫城县组成的东北地区南部和由秋田县、岩手县和青森县组成的北部的发展速度大不相同。二是上述图景在工业活动对劳动力的需求、家庭平均收入水平等方面造成了其他严重差异我们还发现了其他重要的情况，特别是青年的生活选择机会。对于南方的年轻人来说，他们有很好的机会选择在自己的地区找到工作。然而，北方的年轻人处于严重的不利地位，他们在自己的地区找工作的机会非常有限，所以他们被迫搬到其他地区，包括东京等城市找工作。这些不同的情况给高中教师提供了思考青年最佳生活方式的新课题，他们需要根据学生的需求、想法和能力找到灵活的建议方式。

1. The high advanced technological Industries (HATI) in Tohoku area have been developing dramatically since 1980s. BATI, which is mainly electronic manufactures, set down the south part of Fukushima prefecture in Tohoku area in the 1970s. After that HATI has been developing in other areas through 1980s and 1990s and has produced the changing new industrial construction, which HATI occupies the highest position in the grass production output of the manufacture industries.2 We find some interesting points in analyzing the process of development of HATI in Tohoku area. One is that the speed of development of HATI is a quite different between the south part of Tohoku area, which consists of Fukushima, Yamagata and Miyagi prefectures, and the north part, which consists of Akita, Iwate and Aomori prefectures. The second is that the above paint has made other serious differences regarding the demand of labor forces from industrial activities and the average income level of household etc between both areas.3 We also find other important situations especially to opportunities of life selection for the youth. For the youth in the south part they have good opportunities of selection of getting job in their own areas. However the youth in the north part are in serious disadvantageous situation, which they are in so limited opportunities of getting job in their own areas, so they are forced to move to other areas including Tokyo city etc to find some job. These different situations give some new subjects on thinking the best way of life chances for the youth to high school teachers, who need find the way of flexible suggestions depending on students demands, ideas and abilities.
