I investigated in relation between way of dwelling of the aged and house plans of shilver-housing. Results are follows :1.2 bedrooms and dining kitchen are necessary to dwelling unit of the aged.2. Western style of dwelling is coming to populer to the aged.3. Mixture of dwelling units of the aged and dwelling units not including the aged is desirable.

笔者对老年人的居住方式与廉租房户型的关系进行了调查。研究结果表明：1.老年人居住单元应具备2间卧室和餐厅厨房.西方的居住方式越来越流行到老年人。老年人住宅单元和不包括老年人的住宅单元的混合是可取的。
