I investigated in relation between changes of welfare system and old peoples' houses in Denmark, especially in Greater Copenhagen. Results are follows :1. Supply of housing is the most important for the life of old peoples.2. It is desirable for old peoples to continue to live in their familiar houses and environments.3. Old peoples' houses should be located on near the center of a town. Location next door to shopping precincts. post office, trains and buses is desirable.

笔者考察了丹麦，特别是大哥本哈根地区福利制度的变迁与老年人住宅的关系。研究结果如下：1.住房供应对老年人的生活至关重要。老年人继续住在他们熟悉的房子和环境里是可取的.老人的房子应该建在靠近市中心的地方。位置就在购物区旁边。邮局、火车和公共汽车是可取的。
