项目摘要

本研究は生活環境構成の実践に有効な理論的モデルを得ることにある。そのために。人間・環境に多大の関心を寄せ制作しかつ論述を残したル・コルビュジエの作品、とくに建築・環境の関連から意味深い数作品をル・コルビュジエの後期作品から選定し、その具体的な制作過程を示す図面、テキストの一次資料探索を昨年に継続して行い、データベース化を行った。一方では、歴史都市京都の生活の場としての場所的イメージの構造を、関連する近世の図絵類と詩歌を資料として抽出しデータベース化を継続して作業した。引き続いて、以上の基礎データを、制作の観点からと環境の空間知覚もしくは感覚の観点からの両面から分析、解釈を行った。これらの知見から理論化を試みるため、場所的論理、古代ギリシア思想に於けるkhoraから風土的現象の人間学的構造を記述し、生活環境の構成に関わる理論モデル構築を試みた。わが国の美意識において伝統的に言われる「見立て」や「型」を手掛かりに、ル・コルビュジエの制作における「型」、「プロトタイプ」を参照しつつ、型と原型概念を二律背反の論理から場所的論理にシフトして新たに規定し直し、一応の理論構成を得たと考える。さらに理論の一般化とその有効性を確認する作業と新しい論理性を追求し全体的に理解する努力は、今後の課題となる。
