Experimental study on Reye's syndrome : Effect of aspirin on liver.

有报道称阿司匹林可诱发雷氏综合征，雷氏综合征的结构变化与阿司匹林中毒相似。以肝癌细胞株HepG_2为研究对象，探讨阿司匹林对肝细胞损伤的影响。此外，为了弄清肝损伤过程的最早变化，对口服阿司匹林的大鼠进行了研究。阿司匹林引起的HepG_2细胞结构损伤与雷氏综合征肝损伤相似。另一方面，虽然没有明显的组织学改变，但在阿司匹林治疗的所有大鼠中都观察到层状结构的超微结构。这种层流结构似乎是阿司匹林引起的肝损伤最敏感的指标之一。

It has been reported that aspirin induces Reye's syndrome and that structural changes of Reye's syndrome is similar to of aspirin toxity. We incuestigated the effect of aspirin on liver cell damage using hepatocartinoma cell line, HepG_2.Moreouer, to clariby the earliest change in the course of liver damage, rats that had received aspirin orally are investigated.Aspirin induced structural damage of HepG_2 cells were simlar to liver damage of Reye's syndrome.On the other hand, although no histological changes were evident, laminar structure were ultrustructurally obserud in all rats treated with aspirin. This laminar structure seems to be one of the most sensitive indicatores of aspirin-induced liver damage.
