项目摘要

To get the crue to promote and fix the sport practice for the old people's health, their consciousness was investigated. The area bears to create their health, so the investigation was for the o]d people (over 60) who lived in these specific areas. There were 100 questions, which were about their awareness of their health and physical strength, the frequency of physical practice, the consciousness of exercise and their own health, and the regional policy towards sports. In 1996, 72 (male 33, female 39) answers were recieved in Hitachinaka, Ibaraki. In 1997,202 (male 91, female 111) answers were received in Sasiki, Okinawa. In 1998, 399 (male 187, female 212) answers were received in Aioi, Hyogo. The results were the following. 1) In all areas, there are few people who consider one's heaalth condition is below average. 2) In all areas, here are few people who live with exercise, and this tendency is remarkable among women. 3) In all areas, there are few people who are not aware of exercise for their health. 4) In Sashikicho, Okinawa, there are few people whose consciousness of the regional policy towards sports is negative. 5) Considering the aged people, there is a relationship among people with weak awareness of their health and physical strength, people with little execise, and people with low consciousness of sports.I want these old people to do sports continuously and promote their consciousness of physical activities and health conditions, making good use of these above results.
