事故の社会的損失最小化に関する理論的・実証的研究

（1998）首先，我展示了最小化事故和灾难造成的社会损失的理论框架。（参考文献1）其次，我澄清了道路交通事故的主要原因，比较了日本的案例和国外的案例。（文献2）本理论研究的目的是得到最优预防性投资的解决方案。开发了利用汽车实现净效益最大化的模型，并成功求解。例：关于自然灾害，我发现了一些重要的事实：一方面，灾害造成的死亡人数呈下降趋势，而经济损失却呈上升趋势。（参考文献4）我试图形成最优预防投资理论。在这种情况下，关键的概念是安全与降低成本之间的权衡关系。指出了权衡关系分析中的一些问题，并以日本的防洪措施为例进行了分析。(参考5)

(1998)At first, I showed the theoretical frame to minimize the social loss by the accidents and disaster.(reference 1)Secondly, I clarified the main causes of road accident, comparing Japanese case to the foreign countries case.(reference 2)The purpose of this theoretical study is to get solution of optimum preventive investment. I developed the model of net benefit maximization by the use of the car, and succeeded to get solution.(reference 3) (1999)(1999)Concerning natural hazard, I found some important facts that the number of deaths by the disaster showed a declining tendency on the one hand but the monetary loss of damage by it showed increasing tendency.(reference 4)I tried to form the theory of the optimum preventing investment. In this case, the key concept is the trade-off relationship between the safety and the cost reduction. I pointed out some issues on the analysis by the trade-off relationship and analyzed the case of the measure against flood in Japan.(reference 5)
