The purpose of this study was overall investigations for resinous temporary materials. The results were as follows:1. The resinous temporary materials had better marginal sealing ability than the temporary cements.2. There was no adverse effect with resinous temporary materials on the bond strength of the resin-modified glass-ionomers.3. The resinous temporary materials containing sodium fluoride showed the capacity of fortifying tooth.4.The resinous temporary materials had unique physical properties as elastomer.
