A kind of Software which manages woekflow has been investigated and developed. In this research, we construct an expanded RDAP model that enables the correspondence to complicated and large-scale work, dynamic work change that were the problem of a conventional support system. This model is on the basis of the RDAP model of the work flow that is our precedence research. RDAP model can formalize a workflow with four elements. Each elements are follows,R (ROole) : The enforcement person of the workD (Data) : The Data and format that is a necessary when the role carry out the work.A (Action) : The action that a role make and send new data to other rloe.P (Protocol) : Flow of the data among roles.The expanded RDAP model can treat other workflow as each element. Therefore, with this model it is enable to describe the meta-level workflow. By this model, we considered that it is enable to correspond to the various structures such as large-scale and composite work structure and the dynamic change of the work. Furthermore, we considered the applications to the following three kinds of systems, to do the evaluation of the practicality of the expanded RDAP model.(1) The member searching system with personal relationships by personal agent(2) A Visualization System for making choice of Electronic Bulletin Board.(3) User adaptive media selection system based on agent communication

研究并开发了一种工作流管理软件。在这项研究中，我们构建了一个扩展的RDAP模型，使之能够对应于复杂和大规模的工作，以及传统支持系统所面临的动态工作变化。该模型是在我们优先研究的工作流RDAP模型的基础上提出的。RDAP模型可以形式化包含四个元素的工作流。每个元素如下：R(ROOL)：工作组的执行者(Data)：角色执行工作时所必需的数据和格式。A(Action)：角色做出并向其他角色发送新数据的操作。P(协议)：角色之间的数据流动。扩展的RDAP模型可以将其他工作流视为每个元素。因此，使用该模型可以描述元级别的工作流。通过这个模型，我们认为它能够对应于大型和复合工作结构等各种结构和工作的动态变化。此外，我们还考虑了在以下三类系统中的应用，对扩展的RDAP模型的实用性进行了评估。(1)基于个人代理的具有个人关系的成员搜索系统(2)电子公告板选择的可视化系统。(3)基于代理通信的用户自适应媒体选择系统
