Development of Information Retrieval system Interface in WWW for Visually Impaired

Many web pages are not suitable to access by talking browsers for visually impaired people. Even Web Search Engines that many users access frequently have same difficulties. In this research, a web search system which made to use comfortable with talking browsers and a method to use a personal start page fie that is prepared as a web page of a Search Engine and simplified to match to use a talking browser are reported, and it showed that the former approach has a difficulty of the cost to maintain database contents and the second approach is better if a tool to simplify search result pages is provided.
