Basing on the investigations on the human visual behaviors to the face,KANSAI modeling and generation of the face, the following results were provided.(1) Face and Facial DescriptionBy means of the analytical investigations of the eye-mark pattern, hierarchical re-sampling algorithms for the face data were developed. Automatic face recognition for caricaturing was investigated.(2) Face Data Base and Feature Extraction by Eye-CameraVisual KANSAI behavior of the testee was modeled by means of the analytical measures provided from the dye-mark patterns. It was experimentally clarified that the KANSAI visual model could be applicable to estimate the age, gender and charming point of the model.(3) Visual IllusionFor example Wundt-Fick illusion was employed to model the other human visual behavior "Organization" in the face investigations.By integrating the above results, we developed an interactive and dynamic facial caricaturing system.

本文在研究人类对人脸的视觉行为、KANSAI建模和人脸生成的基础上，取得了以下研究成果。(1)人脸与人脸描述通过对眼纹模式的分析研究，提出了人脸数据的分层重采样算法。研究了自动人脸识别在漫画中的应用。(2)人脸数据库和特征提取的眼睛摄像机视觉KANSAI行为的被试者是通过提供的分析措施，从染料标记图案建模。实验表明，KANSAI视觉模型可以用于估计模型的年龄、性别和魅力点。(3)视觉错觉以冯特-菲克错觉为例，将其用于人脸研究中的另一种人类视觉行为“组织”的建模，综合上述研究结果，开发了一个交互式的动态人脸漫画生成系统。
