项目摘要

The electric field measurement technique utilizing electrooptic effect was made the target of the research. This is known as one of the measurement techniques not to disturb the conditions of the measuring object. Regardless of the gas, liquid and solid, it can be applied widely if a measuring object was composed of the material which causes birefringence by the electric field and light can penetrate it. It is aiming at the establishment of the technique to measure the three-dimensional electric field distribution of some positions without introducing disorder. 1. A huge noise to the signal which contains electric field information isn't avoided with the electric field measurement technique utilizing electrooptic effect by nature. This problem was dissolved by amplifying a signal in the optical strength by using the deviation of the angle of the optical devices, the multiplexing of the measurement optical path using mirrors and the effect of their phase shifts. Then, measurement precision was increased, and then a measurement lower limit could be pulled down. 2. The cubic and globular-shaped optical crystals were made as big size〜50mm, and various verification of them were done to confirm the application of the Pockels crystal to measure an electric field. Specially, the knowledge about the optical activity was acquired. 3. Though inherently only two-dimensional electric field information is given with the electric field measurement technique utilizing electrooptic effect, getting the three-dimensional electric field information was made possible by using a CT technique. And though the improvement in the precision of the reconstruction needed the increase of the number in the observation direction so far, amendment algorithm was developed, then reconstruction precision could be improved greatly in spite of the reducing number in the observation direction.
利用电光效应的电场测量技术是本课题的研究目标。这是已知的不干扰测量对象的条件的测量技术之一。无论是气体、液体还是固体,如果被测物是由电场引起双折射的材料构成,并且光可以穿透它,则可以得到广泛的应用。其目的是建立不引入无序的测量某些位置的三维电场分布的技术。1.利用电光效应的电场测量技术,其本身不可避免地会给包含电场信息的信号带来巨大的噪声。通过利用光学器件的角度偏差、使用反射镜的测量光路的多路复用以及它们的相移的效果来放大光强度的信号,解决了这个问题。然后,测量精度增加,然后测量下限可以被拉低。2.将立方和球形光学晶体制成尺寸为<$50mm的大尺寸,并对其进行各种验证,以确认普克尔斯晶体在电场测量中的应用。特别是获得了有关旋光性的知识。3.虽然利用电光效应的电场测量技术固有地仅给出二维电场信息,但是通过使用CT技术使得获得三维电场信息成为可能。虽然目前重建精度的提高需要增加观测方向的数目,但提出了修正算法,在观测方向数目减少的情况下,重建精度得到了很大的提高。
