项目摘要

歯性感染症に対する抗生物質の効果判定基準(歯薬療法、1982)は、口腔外科領域では最初の統一された臨床効果の判定基準であり、これにより多施設の症例のデータを直接集計し、さまざまな詳細な解析が可能となり、抗菌薬新薬の開発やその口腔外科領域への適応拡大などに大きな役割を果たしてきた。しかし、本効果判定基準を用いて15年を経過してみると、いくつかの問題点が明らかになってきた。そこで、本研究においてはこれらの問題点に検討を加え、その検討結果に基づいて新しい抗菌薬の臨床ならびに細菌学的効果判定基準を作成することが本研究の目的である。本研究の結果、新評点による新しい抗菌薬の効果判定基準を作成することができた。本研究の成果は以下の通りである。I. 歯科・口腔外科領域における抗菌薬の臨床評価基準の提案II. 抗菌薬効果判定基準の問題点III. 歯科・口腔外科領域における抗菌薬効果判定基準(新評点法)IV. 歯性感染症における最近検査試料の品質と菌検出率についてV. 鏡見検査の実際と簡便な薬剤感受性検査E testについてVI. 「歯科・口腔外科領域における抗菌薬の臨床評価基準の提案」を受けてVII. 歯科・口腔外科領域における抗菌薬の臨床試験実施要項これらの成果は歯薬療法誌(17巻3号:95-122)に掲載した。
