I had been researching on the remedial process of a variaty of civil proceedings from the view point of the remedial law which is extremely expanded in the United States. As my achievements I have published many theses on important issues of civil proceedings.For example, I proposed many new reformed remedial process including Injunction procedure, future damage litigation, medical malpractice suit, order of documents productions, standing, selected representative suit, Immission process, collecting evidences, small claims courts proceedings, subrogation in enforcement of judgment, provisional remedies and discharge of debts in consumer bankruptcy etc. And I also discussed on the subjects of filing fee, access of the courts, ADR(Alternative Dispute Resolution), civil judicial reform, planed trial and provisions of big maltiparty litigation etc. As a part of the context of judicial reform forcusing on the human base, I mentioned to the new law school system and education which is to be established in 2004

笔者从救济法的角度研究了各种民事诉讼的救济程序，美国的救济法极为发达。作为研究成果，我发表了许多关于民事诉讼重要问题的论文，例如，我提出了许多新的救济程序改革，包括禁令程序、未来损害诉讼、医疗事故诉讼、文件制作顺序、资格、选定代表人诉讼、豁免程序、证据收集、小额索赔法院程序、代位执行判决、第三部分是对消费者破产中的临时救济、债务清偿等问题的论述，并对消费者破产中的申请费、法院介入、ADR等问题进行了探讨（替代性纠纷解决）、民事司法改革、作为以人为本的司法改革背景的一部分，我提到了将于2004年建立的新的法学院制度和教育
