RESEARCH ON THE FACTORS OF DEMOCARATIZETION AND GOOD-GOVERNANCE IN AFRICA

后冷战时期，非洲国家在世界政治经济领域的地位被边缘化。这就是非洲国家无法保持超级大国伙伴地位的原因。因此，他们不得不寻求自己政治和经济发展的独立道路，接受世界银行和国际货币基金组织关于民主化和市场经济的思想。20世纪90年代，大多数非洲国家经历了所谓的第二个独立时期的巨大变化。然而，它们的结构变化并不容易，许多国家都面临着混乱和无序。因此，许多国际机构，如联合国、欧盟、世界银行等都在坚持改善其民主化和治理。本文主要研究非洲民主化和治理的进程和现状。我访问了乌干达、坦桑尼亚和博茨瓦纳等一些国家，有很多机会会见了每一位执行官员，得到了非常有用的意见和材料。结果写在我的报告中，我希望以后能够继续研究。

In the post Cold War, the position of Africa states have been peripherized in the field of world politics and economy. This is why african states could not keep the position as a partner of the super powers. As a result they have to seek the independent way of their own political and economic developments, and receive the idea on democratization and market economy coming from the World Bank and International Monetary Fund.In the 1990s, most of the African states are experienced a great change just as so-called the second period of independence. However their structual changes are not easy for them, and many states have been faced the chaos and disorder. Therefore many internationa agencies such as United Nation, EU, and World Bank have insisted improvement of their democratization and governance.This research is focused on the process of the democratization and governance in Africa and the current ssituation on them. I have visited some states such as Uganda, Tanzania, and Botswana and got many chances to meet with the exective in each staes and got the very usefull opinions and materials. The results are written in my report and I would like to improne the reseaches in future.
