Trial of donor specific immunosuppression with BrdU using rat liver transplant model

采用大鼠肝移植模型，观察BrdU和5FU对器官排斥反应的消除作用。将ACI大鼠肝脏原位移植到LEW大鼠体内。在没有治疗的情况下，受者在11天内死亡。采用BrdU+5FU静脉注射治疗，存活天数为17d。但经连续腹腔注射BrdU和5FU治疗后，复发者存活45天。组织学检查结果显示，治疗组未发现排斥反应。而在NO处理组，可见较严重的细胞浸润。

Abrogation of organ rejection by BrdU and 5FU was examined using rat liver transplant model. ACI rat liver was transplanted into LEW rat orthotopically. Without treatment the recipient was died within 11days. With the treatnent of intravenous injection of BrdU and 5FU surviva days was 17 days. However, with the treatment of intraperitoneal contimuous injection of BrdU and 5FU the recioent lived for 45 days. Histrogical findings revealed no rejection in the treatment group. On the other hand in the no treatment group, severe cell infiltration was recognized.
