The research project won the following result by the sub-project research connected deeply. Aged people's cornmunity life investigation was carried out, and welfare needs in the community life of the aged term were explained. Investigation toward the bearer of the activities in the social welfare conference which is community volunteer organization was carried out, and the social welfare informtion needs which aimed at the activities support were explained. Investigaton toward the volunteer activities group of the community was carried out. Then, necessary resources needs were explained to develop community welfare activities. The volunteer opinion poll research done targeting the young man was carried out, and needs to the volunteer activities were explained. Senior citizen'site and Public access television investigation were carried out, and it was explained about the method with Media Literacy in the aging society. The developed welfare information system puts the database of the aged people household information and the social welfare establishment information on the saver. Then, manage the social welfare information of the community by using a GIS function as a space information, and indicate and analyze it. The purpose of being information and a function are community welfare activities support by the synthetic control of the aged people household information in the first. Then, it is a part as community welfare map (the indication of the social welfare establishment information, barrier free information, disaster prevention information, the community life information such as a store and reference) in the second. It can be grasped visually spatially by indicating social welfare information spatially on the map. Then stimulate a spatial idea by the ting time-like. This becomes the tool which plans community welfare activities and welfarism efficently. And, indicate it aboutthe social welfare information except for the household information on the Internet, and it can be looked up.
