项目摘要

本研究は「行為の空間的位置づけ」に関わる問題点について検討することを目的とする.中心となるのは,二つ以上の事物が関与する出来事を表す文に現れる位格の項指向性(位格が二つの事物のどちらの位置を表しているか)の問題である.当初の予定より,若干遅れ気味であるが,今年度は以下の作業を行った.1.人が,ある場所(主として,ソファー,いす,テーブル,などの2つ以上の家具が関与)で,ある行為(読む,食べる,本を並べる,など)をしている状況を撮影したビデオを作成した.1つの行為に関して,変化させるパラメータとして,次の3つを考えた.(a)家具の種類,(b)人と物のどちらがどちらに位置するか,(c)行為に関係する物の種類(主に,大きさ,数)2.このビデオを見せ,ビデオ中の人物がどこでその行為を行っているかを問うことで,それぞれの行為を空間的に位置づける際の基準点を探ることができると考えられる.この調査は今年度は行えなかった.次年度に行うことになる.3.この映像を用いた調査の結果を,昨年度,日本語のコーパスの分析を行って得た結果(位格の項指向性を決定する要素として,6つの要因を仮定した)と突き合わせ,検証することが次の段階の作業となる.
