Child socialization and parents' educational awareness

本研究的目的是阐明父母教养方式在儿童社会化过程中对以下四个方面的影响。首先，描述了父母教育意识的转变以及他们在这方面对孩子的行为。第二，家长的教育意识是否因地而异。第三，在不同的社会阶层中，如果人们对子女的教育意识表现出差异，是否会与社会阶层的再生产有关。第四，根据父母的教育意识，性别问题是如何发生的。首先，关于亲子关系的变化，随着孩子的成长，管教变得宽松，随着父母对孩子未来的兴趣增强，享受当下的友好亲子关系正在减少。对于不同地区和社会阶层的问题，父母的教育投资不是经济资本，而是教育资本，班级效应反映在城市地区。在性别意识方面，我们根据孩子的性别分析父母教育意识或教育行为的差异。此外，由于之前的研究表明，父母对男孩的教育期望比女孩更高，因此本研究重点关注出生顺序和性别组合的变量。它明确了社会化的具体变化。此外，我们还发现，母亲的性别意识本身是由她的社会阶层和教育程度决定的，而且母亲的教育职业与她的工作类型之间存在相关性。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the effects of parenting during child socialization on the following four points. First, describing the transformation of parents' educational awareness and their behavior toward their children in this regard. Second, whether parents' educational awareness varies according to locality. Third, in different social classes, if people show variation in their awareness of children's education, whether it will be connected to the reproduction of social class. Fourth, how gender problems occur according to parents' educational awareness.Firstly, concerning the transformation of the parent-child relationship as the child grows, whereas discipline was looser when they were very young, as the parents' interest in the child's future grows stronger, friendly parent-child relationships, which enjoy the present moment, are decreasing.Regarding issues of different localities and social classes, parents' educational investment is not characterized by economic capital but educational capital, and the effect of class is reflected in urban areas.Concerning gender, we analyze differences in parents' educational consciousness or educational behavior according to the child's sex. In addition, as previous studies have shown that parents have greater educational expectations of boys than girls, this study is focused on the variable of the combination of birth order and gender. It makes clear the detailed variation of socialization. Further, we show that the mother's consciousness of gender is itself prescribed by her social class and educational qualifications, moreover there are correlations between the mother's educational career and her type of work.
