Socio-Cultural Study of the Communal Land Issues during the time of Reformation, Indonedsia: Minangkabau Case Study

在本项目的第一年（2001-2002年），我就印尼西苏门答腊的公共土地问题采访了安达拉斯大学、国立巴塘大学和法律咨询协会的一些领导人物。第二年，在LBH的协助下，我对西苏门答腊的三个公共土地问题进行了实地调查，并在第三年继续进行同样的调查，沿着调查，我在印度尼西亚人类学协会国际研讨会上两次报告了我的研究结果（2001年7月在西苏门答腊Andalas大学; 2002年7月在巴厘Udayana大学）除了这些活动之外，我还在法政大学比较经济学研究所的资助下，于2001年至2003年组织了一个关于“重新思考殖民主义”的项目。我在介绍土地问题时，强调了这些问题与苏哈托政权发展政策合法性有关的方面。

On the first year of this project (2001-2002), I had interviewed some leading figures of Andalas University, National Padang University and LBH (Association for Leagal Advice) about the communal land issues in West Sumatra, Indonesia. On the second year, with the assistance of LBH, I had done field survey on three cases of the communal land issues in West Sumatra, and continued working on the same cases on the third year.Along the field surveys I had reported the results of my resesarch two times at the International Symposium of Indonesian Anthropological Association (at Andalas University, West Sumatra, July 2001; at Udayana University, Bali, July 2002.)Besides these activities I organized a project on 'Rethinking Colonialism' with the grant of Institute of Comparative Economics, Hosei University from 2001 to 2003. On my presentation of the land issues I emphasized the aspect of the issues in relation to legitimacy of development policies of the Suharto regime.
