Development of Electronic Tap-Changers with Active Filtering Function

对具有有源滤波功能的电子分接开关进行了可行性研究。模拟和基本实验给出了以下结果：（a）通过所提出的电子开关的换流，可以实现不引起过电压和短路电流的安全操作;（B）通过所提出的方法控制，使得输出脉冲面积与基准正弦波的面积成比例，可以将电力线电压中包含的三次谐波分量减少到基波电压的1%以下;（c）为了消除大量的三次谐波，需要大的抽头电压，这导致电子开关的容量增加。

A feasibility study of electronic tap changers with active filtering function has been made. The simulation and the basic experiments gave the following results:(a) Safety operations that do not cause over voltages and short-circuit currents can be realized by the proposed commutations of electronic switches,(b) The third harmonic component contained in power line voltages can be decreased less than 1 %of the fundamental voltage by the proposed method controlling so that output pulse areas are proportional to those of the reference sinusoidal wave, and(c) To cancel the large amount of third harmonics requires large tap-voltages and it results to increase in capacities of electronic switches.The recent development of high voltage transistors will make the proposed devices put into practical use.
