项目摘要

Injection of reactive power into industrial and power systems has been used for many years in order to ; increase power transmission capability of transmission and distribution systems, regulate and stabilize transmission lines, improve power factor as seen from the terminals of the load (generally to unity), avoid undesirable effects of unbalance operation, flicker, voltage sags, etc. In this research project, there are some interesting contributions to this field as follows :(1) Different control system designs are applied for both shunt and series types of VSI based compensators. Two different control systems designed in a-b-c stationary axis frame and d-q synchronously rotating frame were obtained for both of the connection types in this work.(2) It is demonstrated that reference signal tracking control principle has many application areas from reactive power compensators, to UPFC and motor controllers.(3) With the designed controller of the shunt type, the system is effective also on balancing the supply side current. The Series type controller balances well for the unbalanced load voltage.(4) For designing controllers that can handle unbalanced sags or unbalanced loads, it is necessary to decompose the electrical signals to their positive and negative sequences. This method is the decomposition of the signals in α-β frame.(5) NPC inverters are promising for large capacity power converters. This research contributes for improvement of control algorithm for NPC inverters.In the two years' work, the topics have concerned about different types of reactive power compensation systems, and specifically focused on their control principles and operation performances. In the results, compensators are categorized according to their compensation principles of shunt current or series voltage injection. Research results contribute for stabilizing of power supply system and decrease of high harmonics on the system
将无功功率注入到工业和电力系统中已经使用多年,以便:提高输配电系统的输电能力,调节和稳定输电线路,改善负荷端的功率因数(一般为1),避免不平衡运行、闪变、电压骤降等不良影响。在本研究项目中,对该领域有一些有趣的贡献如下:(1)不同的控制系统设计应用于基于补偿器的并联和串联类型的VSI。针对这两种连接方式,分别在a-b-c固定轴坐标系和d-q同步旋转坐标系下设计了两种不同的控制系统。(2)结果表明,参考信号跟踪控制原理有许多应用领域,从无功功率补偿,UPFC和电机控制器。(3)利用所设计的并联型控制器,系统在平衡电源侧电流方面也是有效的。串联型控制器能很好地平衡不平衡的负载电压。(4)为了设计能够处理不平衡下垂或不平衡负载的控制器,有必要将电信号分解为它们的正序和负序。该方法是对信号在α-β坐标系下的分解。(5)NPC逆变器在大容量功率变换器中具有良好的应用前景。本课题的研究有助于NPC逆变器控制算法的改进。在两年的工作中,课题关注了不同类型的无功补偿系统,并特别关注了它们的控制原理和运行性能。根据并联电流或串联电压注入的补偿原理,对补偿器进行了分类。研究结果对稳定供电系统、减少高次谐波对系统的影响具有重要意义
