今年度は、研究計画に基づいて、以下の項目について研究・調査を行った。1.アメリカにおける超高層ビルの改修事例の分析昨年度、超高層ビルの改修において先進的な事例を多数有するアメリカ現地において、工事記録等資料の収集、工事現場の調査、及び関連する主体への聞き取りを行ったが、本年度はこの詳細な分析と補足調査を行った。2.超高層ビルの解体事例の収集超高層ビルの解体に関しては資料の収集を行うとともに超高層建築を実際に解体した業者にヒアリングを行った。咋年度のアメリカ現地調査において入手できた超高層・建築の解体技術に関する資料とともに、これらについて詳細に分析を行った。3.超高履ビル改修の体系的な分析1.及び2.で得られた情報の整理及び分析を行い、現在までに改修が行われてきた事例を基に超高層ビルの改修方法の技術的及び経済的な評価方法に関して体系的な枠組みの提案を行った。
