The Formation and Role of Network Residence in the Aging and Depopulated Area from East Asian View

现代家庭分散居住一般形成于东亚地区，具有传统的家庭价值和居住价值。这是以“中央住房”和“外围住房”的关系为特征的。本研究的目的是权衡日本和韩国网络住宅的形成和作用。在这里，我们有一个关于网络住宅的想法，以明确日本和韩国农村地区的实际情况，即已经老龄化和人口减少的问题。1)日本亲子网络住宅具有“近距离”和“中距离”两种特征，韩国则以“中距离”网络住宅为特征。2)“远距离”网络住宅应具备替代“中间基地”或公共设施的功能。3)与亲戚和邻居的关系是两国互惠互利的特点。4)韩国的老龄化和人口减少地区有着不可挽回的儒家思想，与日本相比，网络住宅明确了“中心住宅”和“外围住宅”的关系结构。

The dispersed residence of modem family is generally formed in East Asia that has kept traditionally value as family and housing. That is characterized by the relationship between "central housing" and "peripheral housing". The Purpose of this Study is to weigh the formation and role of Network Residence in Japan with those of Korea. Here we have an idea of the Network Residence to make clear actual conditions of rural area in Japan and Korea that has been the aging and depopulated problem.Results are summarized as follows. 1) The Network Residence of parent and child in Japan is characterized by "near distance" and "middle distance" Network Residence, the case of Korea is characteristic "middle distance" Network Residence. 2) The cases of "Wide distance" Network Residence should be needed the functions of substitution saying that "intermediate base" or public facilities. 3) The relationship to relatives and neighborhoods is characteristic reciprocal help both nations. 4) The aging and depopulated area in Korea is incorrigibly Confucian thought and the Network Residence is clear the relative structure between "central housing" and "peripheral housing" than Japan.
