Recently, new criminal legislations have been enacted, such as the Law hot punishing Acts related to Child Prostitution, the Anti-stalking Law and thr DV Prevention Law, and so on. This research aims to explain the process of these legislations and, and to clear the object of these special laws.In 2001, in order to examine the practical use conditions for these acts, some investigations have been done, in cooperation with the government office concerned, including Hokkaido police headquarters and Fukuoka Prefecture police headquarters.
