The spring steel sheet that has high spring-back nature, high tensile strength, and low elongation is used to form the pipe. But, it was impossible to form the pipe because of the nature mentioned above. Recently, the demands of the plastic working for the forming of the material that have high strength and low elongation have been increased to reduce the weight of the products. The purpose of grant-in-aid for scientific research is to develop the new forming method for these materials.I tried three forming method. (1) Traditional forming method, (2) Progressive bend and bend back forming method, (3) Less forming stand in (2).The results of each method are as follows; (1) is very difficult because of occurrence of shape defects, and also it was impossible to eliminate the defects. (2)is the new forming method to form the material written above. The pipe formed by this forming method does not cause the shape defect, and also the operation to form the pipe is very easy.The principle of the forming method of (2) is found by the experiment in the tangent bender apparatuses. Namely, even if the spring steel sheet is bent back to the flat sheet after the bending of 90 degree, the flat sheet deforms into the circular shape due to the spring back. (3) is the forming method done by only 4 stations instead of 36 stations in (2).
具有高回弹性、高抗拉强度和低延伸率的弹簧钢板用于形成管。但是,由于上述性质,不可能形成管道。近年来,为了减少产品的重量,对用于形成具有高强度和低延伸率的材料的塑性加工的需求已经增加。科研资助的目的是为这些材料开发新的成型方法,我尝试了三种成型方法。(1)传统成形法、(2)渐进弯曲和弯曲反向成形法、(3)少成形台架法。(2)is新的成型方法来形成上述材料。用这种成形方法成形的管子不会产生形状缺陷,而且成形管子的操作也很容易,(2)的成形方法的原理是通过在切线弯曲装置中的实验发现的。即,即使弹簧钢板在弯曲90度之后弯曲回到平板,平板也由于回弹而变形为圆形。(3)是仅由4个工位而不是(2)中的36个工位完成的成形方法。
