1.Investigation of construction and material for a diesel particulate filter (DPF)On the basis of a cylindrical type of DPF which had been developed in 2002, a special metal fiver has been applied for the new model of DPF with improvement of the construction. The new model of DPF enables to trap the particulate matter (PM) from diesel engine efficiently with suppressed back pressure of exhaust gas.2.Development of a novel high frequency inverter for high frequency power supply of induction heatingA new method of design procedure of a complex resonant full bridge type zero current switching (ZCS) high frequency inverter which provides high amplitude of output current with suppressed switched current in low input voltage has been established. A digital gate pulse control circuit has been also developed and all switching modes form transient to steady state condition can be switched in ZCS operation.3.Experiment of PM reduction from diesel engine and regeneration of DPF by induction heatingThe PM exhausted from diesel engine is trapped by DPF. The DPF is regenerated by induction heating repeatedly. In the results, the optimum heating temperature for regeneration of the DPF in connection with required electric energy has been cleared. Through the experiments, PM has been trapped certainly and regeneration of the DPF by induction heating has been realized.
1.柴油机微粒捕集器(DPF)结构与材料的研究在2002年开发的圆柱型DPF的基础上,采用特殊金属纤维,对结构进行了改进。该新型柴油机微粒捕集器能够有效地捕集柴油机排放的颗粒物(PM),并能有效地抑制排气背压。2.用于感应加热高频电源的新型高频逆变器的研制提出了一种新的复合谐振全桥式零电流开关(ZCS)的设计方法。在低输入电压下提供高幅值输出电流并抑制开关电流的高频逆变器已经建立。设计了一种数字门脉冲控制电路,实现了零电流开关运行时从瞬态到稳态的各种切换模式。3.柴油机排气颗粒物净化及DPF再生实验柴油机排气颗粒物被DPF捕集。DPF通过感应加热反复再生。在结果中,已经明确了与所需电能有关的DPF再生的最佳加热温度。通过实验,颗粒物得到了一定的捕集,实现了DPF的感应加热再生。
