To develop insulation performance evaluation equipment in high-temperature insulating material such as polyimide and ceramics is important for future energy system such as fuel cell. The advantage of this study is to measure simultaneously, conduction current, displacement current, space charge distribution, electric field distribution concerning electric insulation performance of high-temperature insulating material. It can evaluate above performances from measurements of both space charge distribution and the external circuit current in short interval. The technique of space charge distribution under 120℃ has already been developed before beginning of this research by applicant of this project. Elemental technologies for evaluation equipment have been developed in high temperature up to 350℃ in this project. The space charge distributions and conduction current in the polyimide film has been observed in high temperature up to 350℃ by the equipment. From obtained results, it is clear that the injection of positive charges over 110℃, and larger a mount of positive charge were injected up to 250℃. It is considered that developed equipment and elemental technology are useful for future energy supply technology.
