On relationship between Working Lifetime and Initial Performance in Housing Components aiming at Circulation of Resources

在资源循环型社会的建设中，提高建筑构件的耐久性和可用性，实现废物减量化是一个极其重要的理念。由于建筑构件的多功能化和高性能化要求，需要有寿命延长的思想，这种思想不仅要考虑物理方面，而且要考虑功能方面，本研究对建筑构件的报废情况进行了调查，阐明了报废原因与寿命设置的关系，提出了构件化设计方法的思想。

In the construction of the resource circulating society, it is an extremely important idea to improve the durability and the availability of the building components to achieve the reducing of waste. Because the building components are demanded for making to the multifunction and making to high performance, the idea of the extension at the lifetime which tempers with not only a physical aspect but also a functional aspect is needed.In this research, the survey on abandonment of the building components was done, the relation of the abandonment reason and the setting at the lifetime were clarified, and the idea for the component design method was arranged.
