リザール・ドゥルバ氏は、平成15年10月〜11月に資料収集、アンケート調査、専門家へのインタビューのために、インド、バングラデシュ、ネパールを訪問し、初期の目的を達成した。研究代表者(横田)はこれらの調査旅行の準備過程において、打ち合わせ、訪問先の決定、面会者の紹介などの便宜を提供した。また、リザール氏は最終報告書の執筆を開始し、草稿を8割ほど完成し、研究代表者が目を通し、コメントした。研究代表者は、平成15年5月にサンパウロで開催されたユネスコ主催の「貧困と人権」セミナーに参加する予定で準備を進めていたが、アジアにおける新型肺炎の蔓延のためにビザの取得に時間がかかり、旅行中止のやむなきをえた。しかし、会議の内容は文書で受領し、8月の国連人権促進保護小委員会における「貧困と人権」の報告書の中の、「アジアの貧困と人権」の部分は完成した。また、12月にはジュネーブで開催された「職業と世系に基づく差別」(この問題は、インド、スリランカ、ネパールなど南アジア諸国に広く見られるダリット差別が関係する)問題に関するワークショップに参加し、会議の司会を務めるとともに、議論に参加した。この会議の成果は、平成16年8月に予定されている国連人権促進保護小委員会の会合に報告書の形で提出し、審議されることになっている。なお、平成16年1月には、インドのプーナで開催された「貧困と人権」セミナーに参加し、アジアの貧困と人権問題を議論するとともに、プーナのスラムを訪問し、開発と民主主義の関係について実情視察を行った。この成果は、同年8月の人権促進保護小委員会に報告される予定である。

Data collection, survey, and interview were conducted from October to November, 2015. The initial objectives were achieved. The research representative (Yokota) provides information on the preparation process of the survey trip, the cooperation, the decision of the visit, and the introduction of the meeting. The author of the final report started, the draft was completed, and the research representative was informed. The representative of the study was in May 2015 to urge the "poverty and people" to participate in the preparation for the spread of new pneumonia. The contents of the meeting were accepted. In August, the report of the National Committee for the Promotion and Protection of People's Rights on "Poverty and People's Rights" was completed. In December 2010, the Ministry of Health launched a campaign to promote the "basic differences between occupation and descent"(the problem is, the problem is, the problem is, The outcome of the meeting was decided in August 2016, and the report of the meeting of the National Committee for the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights was submitted for consideration. In January 2016, the Ministry of Education launched a campaign to promote "poverty and human rights" and to discuss the issue of poverty and human rights. In August of the same year, the report of the Small Committee for the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights was finalized.
