英文摘要
The project will be focused on the enantioselective solid-supported synthesis of natural and unnatural deoxy-azasugars and lactams starting from different glycals. The first goal ist the development of new and efficient strategies for chemoselective protection and deprotection sequences for the hydroxyl groups in the polymer-bound starting materials. Following these strategies, a variety of new compounds will be prepared starting from different glycals. Solidphase synthesis and examination of the biological activity, especially glycosidase inhibition properties, of all the new compounds represent the long term goal of the described project.
