Multimedia enabled creation of the new audiovisual education aids which took in various image data etc. Moreover, the effective practical use to the education of a computer is expected by making full use of information retrieval and an edit function. In this study, the as follows study were done aiming at development of an intranet type multimedia education system using the structure-ized database.As basic study of material database construction, focusing on junior high school mathematics, when learning, a learner's problem solving process was examined for required concept, skill, etc.Discussion about the process made to learn effectively was able to be performed, the solution method about an applied problem was able to be clarified, and the basic information which solves structure was able to be acquired from the teacher of a junior high school.In the mathematics of a junior high school etc., in order to solve the structure of the concept of a teacher and each learner, a part of applied problem from an elementary school to a junior high school was processed electronically.Although the method of analyzing the feature of an applied problem was examined and the method of syntactic analysis was examined, it did not result by decision of sufficient method.The basic design of the prototype of a retrieved type educational system by which it learns by showing the contents fit for a learner's learning purpose, conceptual formation is carried out, and learning is realized was performed by being able to handle text, graphic data, and animation data and inputting the keyword of the contents which the learner himself wants to learn. That is, the basic design of an educational system which built the material database to the WWW server was carried out.

多媒体使得能够创建新的视听教育辅助工具，其吸收了各种图像数据等。此外，通过充分利用信息检索和编辑功能，期望计算机在教育中的有效实际应用。本研究以开发使用结构化数据库的内联网型多媒体教学系统为目的，进行了以下研究。作为教材数据库建设的基础研究，以初中数学为对象，在学习时，对学习者解决问题的过程进行了必要的概念、技能等方面的考察。对有效学习的过程进行了讨论，能够明确应用题的解题方法，并且能够从初中老师处获得解题结构的基本信息。在初中数学等中，为了解决教师和每个学习者的概念结构，对从小学到初中的一部分应用问题进行了电子处理。虽然研究了分析应用问题特征的方法并研究了句法分析的方法，本文介绍了一个检索式教学系统原型的基本设计，该系统通过显示适合于学习的内容来进行学习，通过能够处理文本、图形数据和动画数据并输入学习者自己想要学习的内容的关键字来执行学习者的学习目的、概念形成以及学习的实现。也就是说，一个教学系统的基本设计，建立材料数据库的WWW服务器进行。
