今年度、表記の研究課題について以下のことを明らかにした。1.全国の麻酔指導病院を対象とした、術中心停止時のマニュアルに関するアンケートを配付し、マニュアルの有無、PCPSを使用した蘇生の経験の有無、臨床工学技師のレベル、院内の協力体制の有無、PCPSを扱えるかという問題、PCPSの適応に関する意見を調査した。2.PCPS開始決定時の循環器外科、内科、臨床工学部門への連絡経路を作成した。3.手術室内で行われる術式、体位で分類した、送血管、脱血管挿入部位の決定、手順を作成した。4.モニタリングの部位と内容として、パルスオキシメーター、呼気終末炭酸ガスモニタリング、観血的動脈圧モニタリング、中心静脈圧モニタリング、スワンガンツカテーテル挿入、経食道心エコーの施行、各種カテーテルの挿入部位をマニュアル化した。5.手術内容、部位、時期による抗凝固療法(ヘパリン)の量の決定、抗凝固のモニタリングの間隔(開頭手術、開胸手術、開腹手術、四肢体表手術)(手術開始前、中、止血後、終了後)(ACT200秒3時間毎)などをマニュアル化した。6.PCPS開始後の鎮静薬、筋弛緩薬の量(midazolam. Propofol, thiopental, vecuronium, pancuronium)をマニュアル化した。7.脳保護法とそれに関するモニタリング(midazolam. Propofol, thiopental,ステロイド、低体温、過換気)(脳圧モニタリング、内径静脈酸素飽和度モニタリング、脳波モニタリング)の方法をマニュアル化した。8.体温を決定した。(常温管理、軽度低体温管理、中等度低体温管理)9.手術室内にPCPS回路およびPCPS装置を常備できるかという問題、コスト的な検討を行なった。
