The purpose of this study is to examine how to support child caring families from the viewpoint of normalization and symbiosis through making the use of features of the community and human and social resources.(1) We have examined uniqueness and usefulness of support rooted in the community through fieldworks on child-care-NPOs and local administration policies.(2) We also have examined how community-works should be done in order to support families through making the use of the human and social resources of the community.We have studied cases on peer groups of parents of babies and infants who has disorders in development.We have explored the CAP (Child Assault Prevention) program, which is considered to be effective for children in preventing violence and developing their sense of human right.

本研究的目的是探讨如何利用社区的特点和人力社会资源，从规范化和共生的角度来支持儿童照顾家庭。(1)我们通过对儿童保育非营利组织和地方行政政策的实地考察，研究了植根于社区的支助的独特性和有用性。(2)此外，我们还研究了如何利用社区的人力和社会资源来支持家庭，开展社区工作。我们研究了发育障碍婴儿和婴儿的父母的同龄人群体的案例。我们探讨了CAP（儿童攻击预防）方案，该方案被认为对预防暴力和培养儿童的人权意识是有效的。
