项目摘要

The purpose of this research is preventing the thermal storage of concrete by solar insulating block. We developed the new block which used useless article glass for the aggregate of concrete. We experimented by installing this block on the roof of the elementary school in Okinawa in 2004. Consequently, it was proved that the temperature under the roof could be lowered a maximum of 5〜6degrees. Moreover, we showed clearly that ventilation between the block and the roof surface is very important.In 2004, we compared temperature under the roof which we changed the air layer between a cover block and roof surface into 4cm,8.5cm,13cm, and 17.5cm. Consequently, when an air layer was 17.5cm, as solar radiation increased, temperature under the roof became lower than outside temperature. Moreover, indoor glove temperature in this case also became the lowest compared with the case of other air layers.Furthermore, when the planter which put in the ground after the block was carried, it turned out that the effect of a warm temperature improvement becomes still larger. It was proved that the roof tree planting after the cover block was advantageous rather, than the formal roof tree planting which put the ground on the conventional roof soon. This showed that the roof tree planting using a block was effective. Next, we created the block which carried roof tile of Okinawa and experimented in the warm temperature performance. It turned out that the warm temperature improvement effect is large as a result. The traditional scene of Okinawa can be regained by using this block for a slope roof. Solar insulating block is made from recycling, is cheap, powerful, and easy to construct. It was proved that utility value of this block is large.
本研究之目的在于利用太阳能隔热砖来防止混凝土的蓄热现象。利用废旧玻璃制品作混凝土骨料,研制出新型砌块。我们在2004年在冲绳的小学屋顶上安装了这个块。结果证明,屋顶下的温度最多可以降低5 - 6度。在2004年,我们对屋面下的温度进行了比较,我们将屋面下的空气层厚度分别改变为4cm、8.5cm、13 cm和17.5cm。因此,当空气层为17.5cm时,随着太阳辐射的增加,屋顶下的温度变得低于室外温度。此外,与其他空气层的情况相比,这种情况下的室内手套温度也变得最低。此外,当在块体之后放置在地面上的播种机被携带时,证明温暖温度改善的效果变得更大。实践证明,盖块后种植屋面树木比在常规屋面上很快铺上地面的正式屋面树木种植更具有优越性。这表明,屋顶种植树木使用块是有效的。接下来,我们制作了带有冲绳屋顶瓦片的砌块,并进行了暖温性能试验。结果表明,温暖的温度改善效果很大。利用该地块作为坡屋顶,再现了冲绳的传统风貌。太阳能保温块是由回收,是便宜,强大,易于施工。实践证明,该区块具有较大的实用价值。
