本研究の目的は、Bowlby(1969)による愛着の世代間伝達のメカニズム(内的ワーキングモデル理論)に着目し、妊娠期の母親の内的ワーキングモデルと胎児愛着得点を用いて、将来の母子関係を予測するためのスクリーニング法を開発することであり、妊娠期から産後1年までの縦断的調査を行った。平成14年11月より妊娠期の母親を対象とした調査を開始し、97名の母親が縦断調査への参加の意思を示した。データ収集に関しては、まだ産後1年を経過しない対象者もあり、現在も追跡中である。調査項目は、妊娠期と同様の内容(褥婦の基本的属性、内的ワーキングモデル尺度、PBIスケール、乳児への愛着スケール等)である。本調査で使用した内的ワーキングモデル尺度の信頼性・妥当性の検証は既に行われている。また、今回胎児愛着尺度の信頼性も高く保たれていた(クロンバックα>0.8)。妥当性についての検討もおこなった。各時期における母親の児への愛着得点は、43.9(妊娠期)、45.5(産後3か月)、45.5(産後1年)、脱愛着得点は、36.0(妊娠期)、28.2(産後3か月)、28.0(産後1年)であり、妊娠期よりも出産後の方が児に対する愛着感情が上昇し、脱愛着感情は減少していく傾向にあった。母親の背景や内的ワーキングモデルなどその他の要因と愛着得点との統計的関連については分析中である。一方、愛着得点の高低に係らず育児に対するイライラ感や負担感、重責感などの訴えも抽出されており、愛着感情とそれらの感情が時に拮抗していることもわかった。今後、母子関係の早期スクリーニングにおいて、決定的因子となるものの同定にむけ、統計的分析を行う予定である。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the intergenerational transmission of love during pregnancy and the use of fetal love during pregnancy, and to develop methods for predicting future mother-child relationships.
