本研究は、近年のドイツ諸州における前期中等社会系教科目カリキュラムの改革動向を明らかにしようとするものである。1980年代以後の新旧のカリキュラムを三つの系統に大別して近年の改革課題を検討した昨年度につづき、さらに今年度は三系統を細分化して各類型事例を分析・検討した。第一系統の無批判的政治的判断形成は、自国家の理解の教育(バイエルン州の1985年版「地理科」「歴史科」「ゾチアルクンデ」など)である。第二系統の間接的な批判的政治的判断形成は、自他社会の研究の教育であり、二つの類型に分かれる。自他社会の存在の研究の教育(バイエルン州の1997年版「歴史科/ゾチアルクンデ/地理科」など)、自他社会の形成の研究の教育(ノルトライン・ヴェストファーレン州の1989年版「ゲゼルシャフツレーレ」など)である。第三系統の直接的な批判的政治的判断形成は、自社会の遂行の教育であり、三つの類型に分かれる。自社会の研究的遂行の教育(ヘッセン州の1995年版「地理科」「歴史科」「ゾチアルクンデ」など)、自社会の研究的討議的遂行の教育(ニーダーザクセン州の1995年版「歴史的社会的世界科」など)、自社会の討議的遂行の教育(ヘッセン州の1995年版「ゲゼルシャフツレーレ」など)である。現在のところ、ドイツ諸州の前期中等教育段階における社会系教科目カリキュラムには以上の三系統六類型を見出せる。そして、第一系統の自国家の理解の教育に留まる事例も少なくはないが、近年は第二系統の自他社会の研究の教育や第三系統の自社会の遂行の教育へと移行を図っている事例が増えつつある傾向を読みとれる。同国の場合、無批判的政治的判断形成から批判的政治的判断形成への実質転換が社会系教科目カリキュラムの改革理念となっていると捉えることができる。

This study aims to clarify the reform trends of the early secondary social education in various states in recent years. After the 1980s, the old and new systems of reform have been divided into three systems. The reform issues in recent years have been analyzed and discussed. The formation of the first system of non-critical political judgment is due to the education of understanding of the state ("Geography" and "History" in the 1985 edition of the State). The second system of indirect critical political judgment formation, from the study of education in other societies, the second system of classification.
