项目摘要

性的虐待の被害の疑いのある児童が、実際に虐待を受けたのか否か識別するのは、極めて困難な課題である。加害者は虐待を認めない場合が多いし、また被害児童自体も被害の事実を否定する場合が多いからである。そこで、心理テストの結果を用いて、虐待の事実を査定することは出来ないのか、という点について検討してみた。とくに、投影法を用いたテストは、児童にそのテストの目的を直接、悟らせることなしに、情報を収集できる可能性があるので、とくに注目して検討した。まず、海外の研究を広範囲に収集し、メタ分析的な技法で研究結果を統合した。用いたのは、ロールシャッハテスト、TAT、ハンドテスト、各種の描画テストである。その結果、これらのテストの客観的なスコアリングから、子どもが虐待を受けているのか否かを判断するのは現状では困難であることが示された。しかしながら、これらの諸研究を詳細に分析してみると、虐待の結果生じたうつや対象関係の異常などが投影法に現れた場所の指標については、虐待の事実認定には有用性は少ないが、描画テストで絵に性器を書き入れるなどの、性化行動が描画テストを通じて表出されているといった指標については、虐待の識別に有効である可能性が示唆された。しかし、既成のテストを用いるだけでは、フォールスネガティブ、つまり、実際には性的虐待を受けている子どもを見逃してしまう危険性があるため、性化行動が生じやすいような、特別な投影法のテストを作成することが必要であることが示された。しかし、フォールスネガティブを減らすテストを作成することはその反面、子どもに性的な刺激を与えることになってしまい、その実施に当たっては、相当の工夫が必要であることが示された。
