1、稲盛財団研究助成金による出張にあわせて、オランダ国立中央文書館での史料調査を行なった。特に、1850年代における、風説書・別段風説書の消滅の諸事情を表す史料を探査し、必要なもの(外務省文書)についてはスキャニングによる史料蒐集を行なった。また、国内にある関連史料のマイクロフィルム蒐集を行なった。2、オランダが主導する大型研究プロジェクトTANAP (Towards A New Age of Partnership)の第4回ワークショップ(2005年1月、於:インドネシア、ガジャマダ大学)に参加し、科学研究費の成果の全貌を口頭報告した("Dutch Reporting of World News to the Japanese Government:1641-1859")。当ワークショップでは、本研究の課題の一つである、オランダ東インド会社に於ける時事情報発信システムについて多くの知見を得ることが出来た。3、昨年度までに既蒐集のオランダ国立中央文書館所蔵植民省文書マイクロフィルムを用いて、1840年代のオランダの対東アジア戦略を分析し、国王ウィレム二世の日本への親書送付と絡めて、日本学士院・東京大学史料編纂所主催国際研究集会(2004年10月)で口頭報告し("Success or Not : King Willem II's Letter in 1844""/「成功か失敗か-1844年ウィレム二世の親書」)、論文を執筆した。

1. The National Central Library of Science and Technology conducts historical research. In particular, in the 1850s, the history of the elimination of the Fengpingshu and other Fengpingshu was explored and necessary (Ministry of Foreign Affairs documents). The collection of related historical materials in China 2. When the topic of this study is discussed, it is suggested that the information system should be developed in order to obtain more information. 3.
