本研究補助費により、本年度は各種資料館・図書館なとの関係機関における資料調査を中心に行った。とくに、京都大学人文科学研究所所蔵『天地瑞祥志』と『天文要録』を実見し、紙焼き写真を購入できたことは有意義であった。これにより、すでに研究代表者が所有していた前田育徳会尊経閣文庫本『天地瑞祥志』・金沢市立玉川図書館所蔵加越能文庫本『天地瑞祥志』との比較校合ができ、これまでのところ以下の諸点を確認・考察することが出来た。1.京大人文研本が尊経閣文庫本を底本として虫損部分も含めかなり忠実に書写されていtこと。2.しかし、京大人文研本には頭注部分に紙が貼られ、そこに朱書きで本文中の語句の訂正がされている部分が、全体で十二ヵ所存在していることから、書写段階、もしくは校正段階において専門家の手か加えられていたこと。3.また。目録などから京大人文研本は、人文研の前身である東方文化学院(京都)が設立されて間もない昭和七年にはすでに架蔵されていることから、設立当初から書写候補リストに載っていたと考えられ、その推進者は当時の研究員であった新城新蔵氏てあったてあろうこと。また。本年度には上記の検討を受け、『天地瑞祥志』の成立・伝来の問題の論文を仕上げ、堤出予定の学位請求論文の一章とした。さらに、並行して行っていた「第七」「第一の二」の翻刻も併せて学位請求論文に含める予定である。上記の他に、刊本となっている資科調査も行い、逸文をいくつか発見することが出来、今後の考察に利用していくつもりである。
