项目摘要

今年度初頭に、前年度の研究成果に基づく「フェーロー語の所有代名詞と所有の属格と所有関係を表わす前置詞について」と題する論文を印刷・公表した。今年度は次の2件の口頭発表を行った:(1)"Possessor Coding in Faroese and the Nominal Hierarchy"(フェーロー語学に関する国際ワークショップ、平成16年6月21日、アイスランド国立大学)、(2)「フェーロー語の二つの属格」(日本言語学会第129回大会、平成16年11月20〜21日、富山大学)[発表の概要は『日本言語学会第129回大会予稿集』pp.237-242に掲載]。(1)の研究発表では、フェーロー語の所有表現のうち(a)全体と部分の関係、(b)親族関係、の二つを特に取り上げ、所有代名詞や前置詞句など、所有者を表わす名詞類がとる形態の分布傾向が、いわゆる名詞句階層に沿った分類を行なうことで整理できることを示した。(2)の研究発表は今年度9月上旬に行なったフェロー諸島における現地調査の結果を踏まえたもので、フェーロー語では固有名詞など名詞の一部に新しい属格が生じており、その分布を明らかにすることにより、(a)連体修飾成分として所有表現に現れる場合、(b)属格と結びつく前置詞の目的語として現れる場合、という二つの機能的な区分にほぼ対応して属格の形態が二分化する傾向にあることを示した。また、(2)の研究発表の内容を発展させ、「フェーロー語の属格とその代替表現の分布」と題する論文の形で『金沢大学文学部論集言語・文学編』第25号に投稿し、現在印刷中である。今年度の補助費は、上記(1)のアイスランドにおける口頭発表と、9月上旬にフェロー諸島において実施した現地調査のための旅費として使用した。

At the beginning of this year, the research results of the previous year were based on "all pronouns of the language, all genders, all relations, and all previous words." This year, two oral presentations were made:(1)"Possessor Coding in Faroese and the Nominal Hierarchy"(International Conference on Linguistics, June 21, 2016, National University of Japan), and (2)"Possessor Coding in Faroese and the Nominal Hierarchy"(129th Conference of the Japanese Language Society, November 20 - 21, 2016, Toyama University)[Summary of presentations published in "129th Conference of the Japanese Language Society" pp. 237 -242]. (1)The research indicates that all the expressions of nouns are divided into (a) the relationship between the whole and the part,(b) the kinship relationship, the special selection of the two nouns, the distribution tendency of the noun class, the classification of the noun class, and the arrangement. (2)The results of the field survey conducted in early September of this year show that the genitive case of a noun is new,(a) the conjoined modifier is present,(b) the genitive case is present, and (c) the target word is present. The difference between the two functions and the two genders is obvious. The content of the research report (2) was developed, and the title of the paper,"Genre and Distribution of Substitution Expression of English Language," was submitted to No. 25 of the Collection of Language and Literature of the Faculty of Literature of Kanazawa University. This year's subsidy fee is recorded in the above (1). The oral report is issued in early September. The local investigation and travel expenses are implemented in early September.
