本研究の目的は、知識創造パラダイムの観点から、企業家活動の研究枠組を構築する点にある。これまでの経営学における企業家研究における枠組みは、単独の企業家による革新活動を中心の視点が多く、必ずしも明確に企業家の意図とその結果を分けて分析してこなかった。Timmons(1994)に典型的な欧米流のビジネススクールの教科書的な企業家活動の研究枠組みの多くは、事業機会と経営資源といった主要な2つの重要な要素の新しい結合パターンについて考察がなされてきた。ビジネスモデルについての研究が進められる一方において、この企業家チームによって行われる新しい知識の創造や結合過程そのものについて焦点を絞った研究は、意外なことに欧米においても最近系統的な実証分析が出てきている現状があり(Ruef, Aldrich and Carter,2003)、国内でもあまり積極的な研究・調査の動きは少ない。本研究では、映画産業を中心とするコンテンツ産業を対象に、企業家の意図を媒介するパートナーシップの形成によってアーキテクチャ革新が導かれる過程を国際比較の観点を考慮に入れながら、詳細に調査している。コンテンツ産業では、あらゆるコンテンツは独特の新規性を持たなければならず、多額の資金を必要とするハイリスク・ハイリターンの産業でありながら、主要なプレイヤーの相互作用の観察・分析に適するという特徴がある。コンテンツの開発と革新に携わる彼らの創発的な企業家活動の本質は、動的なコミュニティ形成のなかでの革新過程である。本研究は、このコンテンツ産業における企業家活動と革新との因果関係を組織論の観点から明らかにした。本研究が示唆するのは、企業家活動の正機能としての革新や新結合のみならず、同時に伴うであろう様々なステークホルダーやセクション間のコンフリクト発生等の逆機能などにも着目するべきであるという点である。単独の企業家行動による分析には限界があり、チームあるいはパートナーシップによる社会関係資本の構築と機能が適切な企業家活動の逆機能と正機能のバランスがとられるために必要となる。

The purpose of this study is to establish a framework for knowledge creation and entrepreneurship research. This is the first time that entrepreneurs have been involved in business research, and the second time that entrepreneurs have been involved in innovation activities. Timmons(1994): A typical case study of entrepreneurial activity in textbooks, a study of organizational structure, business opportunities, management resources, and a new combination of two important elements. On the one hand, research on business is advancing, and on the other hand, the process of creating and combining new knowledge among this group of entrepreneurs is focusing on research. However, unexpectedly, recent systematic empirical analysis has revealed that the current situation remains unclear (Ruef, Aldrich and Carter,2003), and there is no shortage of active research and investigation activities in China. This study is aimed at exploring the process of innovation and innovation in the development of image and image industry centers and entrepreneurs. A survey of the interaction between the industry and the main industry, and an analysis of the characteristics of the industry, is necessary to determine the unique characteristics of the industry and the amount of capital required. The essence of entrepreneurial activity is the process of innovation. This study focuses on entrepreneurial activities, innovation, and causal relationships. This study shows the positive function of entrepreneurship, innovation, new integration, and simultaneous development of entrepreneurial activities, and the negative function of entrepreneurship. The analysis of entrepreneurial activities is necessary for the construction of social relations capital.
