项目摘要

Goehlichが学位論文において展開した宇宙輸送コストのモデル化およびライフサイクルコストの低減に関する研究を引き続き行った。また、低コスト化のかぎを握る「スペースツーリズム」に関する調査研究を実施し、著書「宇宙観光開発のためのプログラムモデル代表例(A Representative Program Model for Developing Space Tourism)」にまとめた。この研究を発展させて、スペースツーリズムから生じる利益モデルの構築を試みて中間的なまとめを行い、「ツーリストの宇宙飛行に対する利益推定モデル(Benefit Estimation Model for Tourist Spaceflightsの)」と題して国際会議において発表を行った。このような打上げ手段を人工衛星の軌道投入に利用した場合のコストについても評価し、フランスの打上げ基地・仏領ギアナにおける調査を踏まえて「将来型宇宙輸送システムの開発・生産・運用に対する低コスト管理手法(Low-cost Management Aspects for Developing, Producing and Operating Future Space Transportation Systems)」と題して、特に、小型地球観測衛星(Small Satellites for Earth Observation)の打上げに対するインパクトを明らかにした。これらの成果を発表した国際会議は、以下の通りである。1.The 3rd International Symposium on Atmospheric Reentry Vehicles and Systems ; Arcachon ; France,2003.2.The 4th IAA International Symposium ; Berlin ; Germany ; 2003

Goehlich's dissertation on cosmic transport and its reduction A representative program model for developing space tourism was published in the book "A Representative Program Model for Developing Space Tourism." This research was carried out in the context of the International Conference on the Benefit Estimation Model for Tourist Spaceflights.
