社会主義社会の実際的存立可能性をめぐって争われた「社会主義経済計算論争」の今日的意義を明確化するという当初の研究実施計画に照らし、本年度の研究成果は、この主題に関するこれまでの論稿をも組み込みながら、「社会主義経済計算論争の史的展開-競合的学派の諸相-」と題する大きな論文(但し未発表)を仕上げたことである。ミーゼスとハイエクが提起した論争問題を、計算尺度の規定問題、分権化問題、誘因問題、知識問題として再構成し、それへの原理的応答であるランゲとドッブの議論を、社会主義の合理的存立可能論の二類型として検討した。労働価値説の棄却と新古典派一般均衡理論を支持する論争全体の理論的枠組みはランゲによって補強された。ドッブはむしろこれに批判的に対峙し、所得範疇としての利潤(剰余)の源泉と性質を明確化し得るマルクス労働価値説を擁護し、晩年はスラッファ理論を高く評価していた。組織形態についてもドッブは、市場の需給調整機構を大幅に活用したランゲの市場社会主義モデルには批判的な姿勢を示し、生産構造の特質を踏まえた長期投資計画の集権的・戦略的な遂行にこそ、社会主義計画経済の機能的特性があると主張していた。1980年代以降に再燃したオーストリア学派の社会主義批判は、ブルスやコルナイの東欧改革派によって実質的に受容された。ソ連邦崩壊以降、ローマーら欧米の分析的マルクス主義者は、新たな市場社会主義モデルを現代的に再構築しようとしている。日本においても宇野学派の伊藤誠によって、経済原則の社会主義維持様式を実現すべく、多様な社会主義経済モデルの理論的可能性を志向する学問的姿勢が強調されている。市場と社会主義の理論的関係を問い直すうえで、社会主義経済計算論争は今なお重要な教練場であり、その理論的・現代的意義をより深部から明確化するためには、今後は価値論論争との関係にも射程を拡げていくことが要請されている。

In the 1980s, the socialist criticism of the school of thought was rekindled and the reformists of Eastern Europe were accepted. A new market socialism, a new era, a new era, a new era.
