项目摘要

本研究の目的は、「戦争の記憶」をめぐる市民運動を、政治社会学の観点から調査・分析することをとおして、そこに含まれる歴史的および現代的特質を索出することにある。本年度は以下のように実証研究および理論研究を実施するとともに、成果を公表した。1、実証研究(1)山口自衛官合祀拒否訴訟まず実証研究としては、昨年度に日本法社会学会で口頭発表を行った、A.メルッチの「新しい社会運動」論の視角からする山口自衛官合祀拒否訴訟の事例分析を、研究論文として再構成し公表した。(2)箕面忠魂碑違憲訴訟加えて、箕面忠魂碑違憲訴訟の支援活動への参加をきっかけとして、自らの戦争体験を語るという活動を始めた当事者のライフ・ヒストリーに即して、(1)その思想形成過程の特質、(2)彼の思想の平和思想としての可能性、さらに(3)彼の思想と行動を支えるエートスの意義と限界を検討し、研究論文として公刊した。(3)ドイツにおける「戦争の記憶」さらに、渡独してワイマール、ハンブルク、ベルリン、ミュンヘンの各都市における戦争記念碑ないし記念施設の視察とともに、関連文書資料の収集を行った。それによって、現代ドイツにおける「戦争の記憶」をめぐる問題状況について以下のような仮説を索出した。すなわち、現代ドイツにおいては、第一次大戦と第二次大戦との意味づけのズレに加えて、旧東独と旧西独における第二次大戦の意味づけのズレという、二重の亀裂ないし緊張関係を内包している、と。2、理論研究つづいて理論研究としては、A.メルッチによる調査研究論およびパーソナリティ論についての知見を踏まえつつ、ライフヒストリー研究の主要な三つの論点(歴史、文化、アイデンティティ)とそれらの論点に対応する方法論のそれぞれと、それら方法論の相互関係について検討する研究論文を作成中である。
