1.発話調節の評価に関する補足実験前年度に検討した、介護職員が認知症高齢者に話しかけている場面のVTR刺激を評価させる実験について、指標や分析方法を修正した上で補足・補正用のデータを収集した。これをもとに前年度のデータも含めて再分析を行い、介護職員の発話調節の評価傾向をまとめた。2.小集団コミュニケーション場面における介護職員の役割に関する観察研究認知症高齢者を中心に,被介護者間及び介護者-被介護者の小集団での会話場面を、通常の業務中の条件、および介護職員1名が被介護者との会話に専従できる条件の2条件において各10例記録し、発話の形式的機能とその意味的な適切性について条件間の差異を示した。3.知的機能障害者を含む小集団の形成過程に関する観察研究新設のグループホームにおける、被介護者間及び介護者-被介護者の小集団が調整・形成される経過について約2ヶ月間の追跡を行い、集団の成員間の移動、コミュニケーションパターン、表情等から集団形成に関わる要因を抽出した。4.コミュニケーション行動調節のモデルに関する検討従来行われてきた、行動調節改善のためのモデルや、改善のための介入研究に関する知見を整理した上で、前年度の結果および今年度1〜3の結果を位置付け、独自のコミュニケーション改善のための理論モデルを示した。
