今年度も、前年度に引き続き、交換媒介(medium of exchange)としての貨幣を含んだランダム・マッチングモデルのなかでも、貨幣および取引される財の分割可能性を導入した(すなわち、貨幣および財を1単位だけではなく何単位も持つことができる)経済において、取引時にStahl-Rubinstein流の標準的なbargaining procedureによって交換される貨幣および財の量を決定するモデルの研究を行った。昨年度は当該交渉問題を非線形相補性問題(nonlinear complementarity problem)に帰着させ、均衡解の存在証明を行い、今年度は数値計算を使用して均衡の大域的な構造を調べ、連続的に存在する定常均衡のなかでより社会的厚生の高い均衡を実現するmonetary policyを調べる計画であったが、時間と確率を含んでいるという貨幣を含んだマッチングモデルの複雑さのため、前年度の均衡の存在証明を修正せざるを得ず、monetary policyに関してはいまだ途上にとどまっている。ただし、これは解決可能な問題であるので、近いうちにすべての成果をまとめた論文を海外学術雑誌に投稿する。また、相手の貨幣保有量が私的情報であるときに同じ財に関して複数の異なる均衡価格が存在する、すなわちprice dispersionを呈する均衡の存在を示した論文がInternational Economic Reviewに掲載された。
