本研究の目的は,目系多国籍企業の海外現地法人において,現地のサプライヤー企業やカスタマー企業とどのような相互作用があり,その結果どのような知の創出があり,それをどのように多国籍企業内部に取り込み,競争優位につなげていくかを明らかにしようとするものである。本年度は,昨年度配布したアンケートについて,詳細な分析をおこなった。この結果,(1)海外子会社の優位性の認識は,産業によって異なっている(2)本社のマネジメント体制が,海外子会社の優位性獲得の活動に影響を与えている,(3)欧州に埋め込まれた知を多国籍企業に取り込もうという意思が弱い,(4)現地の知を多国籍企業に取り込むための方法として,もっともよく用いられているのは人によるものである,(5)海外子会社の強みを多国籍企業全体の強みにするための仕組みの構築がなされていない。といったことが明らかとなった。これらについては,『日系多国籍企業の海外子会社の経営に関するアンケート調査報告書』として2005年11月に報告書の形で発表し,関係者に配布している。また,これらの内容については,国際ビジネス研究学会第12回全国大会(2005年10月16日,於 広島市立大学)において報告をおこなった。その他,アンケート調査の内容を補完するために,インタビュー調査をおこなった。本年度はベルギーへ赴き,日系企業を訪問調査した。訪問先は,ダイキンの欧州現地法人(1社)、とコマツの欧州現地法人(1社)である。それぞれの企業において,アンケート調査の結果をもとに具体的な意見交換ができ,本研究にとって有益な情報を得ることができた。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the interaction between multinational corporations and their overseas subsidiaries, and to find out the results of the interaction between multinational corporations and their overseas subsidiaries. This year, the annual distribution of, detailed analysis of. The results are as follows: (1) the recognition of the superiority of overseas subsidiaries is different from that of the industry;(2) the production system of the company is different from that of overseas subsidiaries;(3) the meaning of European multinational enterprises is weak;(4) the method of local multinational enterprises is weak.(5) Overseas subsidiaries and multinational enterprisesといったことが明らかとなった。In November 2005, the report was published in the form of "Investigation Report on Management of Overseas Subsidiaries of Japanese Multinational Enterprises," and the related parties were distributed. The 12th National Congress of the International Society for Research in Bibliography (October 16, 2005, Hiroshima City University) presented a report on the contents of the report. The content of the investigation is completed. This year's survey of Japanese companies was conducted on the first day of the year. Visit first, The results of the survey were discussed in detail, and useful information was obtained from this study.
