项目摘要

<研究目的>ソーシャルワーク援助を要する家庭や家族は、困難を抱えながらも複数の問題を重複して抱えることで、外部社会へ支援を求めたり、援助者を家庭へ招き入れたりすることができずにいる状況がある。本研究は、ソーシャルワークの方法論としての家庭福祉の視点がもつ、問題把握や問題解決のための資源の位置づけの固有性を抽出することを目的とした。具体的には、家庭福祉の概念や方法についての基礎的な情報の収集・整理を行うことを課題とした。<研究成果>1.家庭福祉研究の日本語・英語文献情報の集積とまとめ。ソーシャルワーク研究領域内において、児童、高齢者、障害問題など対象の多様性、また伝統的な社会福祉援助の方法における個別性を重視する視点から、法制度や施策等の社会システムに比重をおく視点までの多様性、またソーシャルワーク隣接領域である、家族論や家族集団論等の社会学研究領域、親族扶養等の法学研究領域、健康概念や精神保健問題等の医療保健領域等の多様性を把握できる文献情報の収集を行うことができた。2.国内のソーシャルワーク援助実践への訪問と聞き取り調査とまとめ。国内のソーシャルワーク実践者への聞き取りを行うにあたり、2004年度より予算化された家庭支援専門相談員が児童福祉施設においてどのような位置づけを今後行っていくのかを中心として生活型施設である児童養護施設等における実践者に聞き取り調査を実施した。あわせて、児童福祉実践に関わる視点からとらえられる家族問題や家族福祉概念、家族支援の視点について聞き取りを行った。3.研究の総括ソーシャルワークの方法論としての家庭福祉の視点や方法がもつ固有性について基礎的情報を収集することができた。また家庭福祉の方法論の固有性について、社会環境及びシステムについての鍵概念、援助利用者の社会関係についての鍵概念、方法論についての具体例等を考察することができた。
